We use both client side and server-side programing languages to design or develop websites for our clients. Selection of right programming language is based on client requirements, available technological resources and digital assets.
- Generally, for windows based environments we employ ASP.Net and for Linux based environments we use PHP as our server side programming language. HTML, HTML5, Java Script, JQuery and other JAVA platforms are also used to make the project mobile friendly or provide a specific client side functionality for our web design projects.
- We also use MS SQL Server or My SQL database management systems for website backend and data management purposes.
To select the right programming language, web design platform and database engine for a website design project, we normally schedule a meeting with our clients to discuss about their available licensing, digital assets, budget and future plans.
This meeting also helps us to select the right content management system (if required) or prepare to develop a web application from scratch, if available CMS systems cannot provide the functionalities expected by our client.
